At V12 Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical gear and fashion apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your V12 Outdoor account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous courier markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
